Who we are
We look after hair, scalp, hands, feet and the hour you spend with us. That means an unhurried room, a technician who has time to look properly at what you have brought them, and a treatment chosen for your hair and your skin rather than whatever is quickest.
How we work
Every visit starts with a look and a conversation before anything is opened. If a treatment is not right for your hair today, we will say so and suggest what is. Prices are a guide — length, density and finish can change the final figure, and we confirm it with you before we start, not after.
Hygiene and care
Tools are cleaned and sterilised between every client, single-use items are exactly that, and our technicians are trained on the products they work with. If you have a scalp or skin condition, allergies or you are pregnant, tell us when you book so we can plan the visit around it.
Our team
Our technicians specialise — head spa and scalp wellness, protective styling, nails, massage and lashes are different crafts, and we staff them that way. You are welcome to ask for the person you saw last time when you book.
